WELCOME TO LOVELY BAPTIST CHURCH
There are no denominations in Jesus Christ
Welcome to Lovely Baptist Church. Our main goal is to follow and obey the word of God and to be fishermen to those that are outside of the ark of safety. Romans: 10:9-10 If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that believe and are justified, and it is your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. We're thrilled you've decided to visit us- please browse our site and discover what exciting discussions, sermons , and events Lovely has planned for you.
The Church Covenant
"These things I command you, that ye love one another". John 15:17
Having been led, as we believe, by the Spirit of God, to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior, and on the profession of our faith, baptized in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost, we do now in the presemce of God, angles and this assembly, most solemnly and joyfully enter into covenant with one another, as one body in Christ. We engage, therefore by the aid of the Holy Spirit, to walk together in Christian love; to strive for the advancement of this church, in knowledge, holiness, and comfort; to promote its prosperity and spirituality; to sustain its worship, ordinances, disciple, and doctrines; to contribute cheerfully and regularly to the support of the ministry, the expenses of the church, relief of the poor and the spread of the gospel through the nations. We also engage to maintain family and sacred devotion, to religiously educate our children; to seek the salvation of our kindred and acquaintances; to walk circumspectly in the world; to be just in our dealings; faithful in our engagements and exemplary in our deportment; to avoid all tattling, backbiting, and excessive anger; to abstain from drunkenness; and to be zealous in our efforts to advance in the kingdom of our Savior. We further engage to watch over one another in brotherly love; to remember each other in prayer; to aid each other in sickness and distress; to cultivate Christian sympathy in feeling and courtsesy in speech; to be slow to take offense, but always ready for reconciliation, and mindful of the rules of our Savior to secure it without delay. We moreover engage that when we remove from this place we will, as soon as possible, unite with some other church, where we can carry out the spirit of this covenant and the principles of God's Word. -May 1961

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there which go in thereat: Because strait is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Matthew 7:13 - 14
Give your life to Jesus while you have time! By believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord.

DONATION/TITHES
"Bring ye all tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts. And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delight-some land, saith the Lord of hosts. Malachi 3: 10-12.
